Colorado quarterback Julian Lewis suffered a medical emergency at Colorado's athletic facility Wednesday and was transported to the hospital, his father announced Thursday.
In a post on X, T.C. Lewis wrote that his son is "recovering and thankful to his medical team, teammates and Colorado fans for their prayers and support."
T.C. Lewis offered no specifics regarding the emergency and said the family has no further comment at this time. Julian Lewis was listed as doubtful on the initial Big 12 availability report Wednesday night.
