I can't stand the phrase "hate on" or "hater". It's cliche in the worst way and a guise to shame people into thinking that acting like a douche is cool. If we don't agree with it, we just 'hate on' people out of jealousy or spite.

Don't take such a limited view on hating. When somebody calls you a hater, own it. It's an effective tool for putting douchebags in their place and there is no shame in wielding it.
