Just saw it on espn, that USC and Michigan State are among many that have violated major recruiting rules, it actually showed a USC letter that offers him a full-ride scholarship, which breaks one of those rules.

he only showed the michigan state letter and usc letter, but they spent more time on the usc letter, he actually read it allowed. it was a written offer.
