They would have liked competently designed white or gray unis with actual OSU branding and scarlet.

If they want an all-white variation of the normal road uniform, they could use this color scheme:

When I watch The Game, I expect to see Scarlet vs. Maize. Do this gimmicky stuff vs. Illinois or Rutgers.

The Jordan vs. Lebron brands in a football game. Interesting stuff

I liked both the alt unis this year. I think it's the first time that I can say that.

I don't like using them on schools that think they are our rivals.... it makes them feel more important than they are. And I don't like using them against our rivals... I prefer that we stay traditional in a game with this kind of history. These should be used for schools like Illinois and Rutgers or UMD... Yeah, UMD.... we should always wear an alt uni against UMD.

Why would Nike want to have tOSU wear alt uniforms when the they would be seen by a smaller TV audience?
