Those fans missed an important point. A football jersey isn't just a fashion statement. It is first and foremost a part of a functioning uniform that is designed to enhance a players' performance.

this is so stupid. they couldn't change the form of the jersey without changing the color?

I'm not saying I'm for or against them, but that article makes it seem like the color change was needed.

Those things SUCK. They look like fucking Georgia. Form-fit, blah, blah, what-the-fuck-ever, would it have killed you to put some fucking gray on them? Damn. What, does form-fitting not come in gray? JFCOABGC.

If this thread was part of the Mike and Mike show, do you think you would be "man'ing up" arguing about the hue's of their sleeve stripes???

Clearly, there is a man law somewhere that says that you cannot argue about the pantone of a teams uniform.

as i alluded to in the Texas thread, all they needed to do was make the numbers gray. and not even the ones on the sleeves, just the big numbers on the front and back... i have ZERO photoshop skills, but maybe someone could 'chop a jersey with gray numbers...

(i'm still gonna buy a scarlet #10.)
