9-10 wins a year would be a dream. He won’t get quite the talent but he also won’t have Oregon and Ohio state in conference.

An excellent hire on both parts...Franklin will win 9-10 games every year and Va Tech will be a powerhouse in the ACC.
Oh he’ll get some very good talent at VA Tech if he can tap into the Tidewater and DMV, along with some northern NC recruits.
Yeah, thankfully ACC doesn’t have the same teams as powerhouses every year like the B1G, and he can have some years where he will factor heavy in the conference. He wasn’t going to beat OSU of this was his best case to beat them this year and they imploded. He kept losing to scUM as well yearly. He may have years where he could play Louisville or Wake Forest for the ACC

Franklin’s payout drops from 49 million down to 9. I’ll wait for the many headlines to appear declaring this massive reduction and how it will lesson the negative impact on the athletic department et al.
