I'm not an expert on NCAA rules, but I find it difficult to imagine the NCAA has any rule against, or any conceivable jurisdiction over, a store using a player's name without the player's permission and without the store paying the player any money.Hmmm.....commercial use of the name or likeness of an NCAA student-athlete?
