I'm not an expert on NCAA rules, but I find it difficult to imagine the NCAA has any rule against, or any conceivable jurisdiction over, a store using a player's name without the player's permission and without the store paying the player any money.

I'm pretty sure it's up to the school to make sure people don't use their players' names.

If so will Play Station need to compensate if halfway through a game on NCAA 2014 Jameis runs a QB draw to Publix and scores some crab legs?
