According to this site ND is a non-conference game: Notre Dame won't be a factor in the ACC standings, but its association with the ACC gives it a connection with the league's bowl lineup, strengthening its postseason opportunities in the playoff era after being stuck without a guaranteed tie-in last season. The result was the best of both worlds from the Notre Dame perspective: Maintain a place in the power structure, while also maintaining its own power with its NBC TV deal and flexible national scheduling.

For all we know those crab legs walked our of Publix willingly. Wont be at all surprised if some of his buds testify to precisely that in a day or so.

Just sounds to me like some crab legs trying to cash in on Jameis fame.

Keeping my mind open on this until the saliva tests come back.

The Tallahassee PD as well as internal FSU investigations won't be finalized until 1 Sep 2014, so Jimbo will sit him out of the next game (i.e. Citadel) for one quarter.

On ESPN's ticker: He gets 20 hours of community service for the crab stealing citation. The baseball coach has suspended him from the team until he completes his community service. That should take about 3 days.
