FSU has to ride this out and won't make a move unless he is charged. Sure they don't need him this week, but suspending him just makes it look like he's guilty. I'm sure there are FSU boosters greasing every wheel they can to make this thing go away before any charges are filed. I'm sure Florida and the ACC CG would be much more interesting if Winston is suspended.

If he does get suspended I wonder if it would effect the poll voting even if FSU doesn't lose? FSU w/o Winston against Bama doesn't really look like the same matchup.

Can you imagine if Alabma lost in the SEC championship or to Auburn...and then Winston gets suspended and FSU drops a game (I don't see them losing otherwise)...OSU and Baylor for the championship. There would be no SEC team, which would be magical, and we'd see an offensive slug fest. It would be beautiful.

Baylor vs Auburn. Ohio State is awful and shouldn't even be ranked in the top 10.

The apparent cover up attempt by the police is likely to be what takes Winston down. (We can debate if there was a rape, but cover up is becoming pretty clear.)

Failure to levy charges would look like a continuation of that cover up. If this had all happened last week they might get away with "we are looking into it". But now they are playing catch up. Too many unanswered questions. How does the prosecutor run from this? Greasy FSU boosters just make it worse at this point.

As for the pollsters - interesting that this is taking place at the same time "Tiebreaker" came out on BTN (the loss of Franklin to UM was a factor in OSU being sent to the Rose Bowl). If I am a pollster I restart my evaluation based on Idaho, Florida and particularly the CCG. If OSU looks good against MSU while FSU struggles against whoever in the CCG that would determine how my vote would go.

As for Baylor - they are going to lose this week.

I have dissected 3 human bodies from top to bottom - 2 female and one male. Great way to learn anatomy. Anyway, when I looked inside the penis, I did not find any brain cells there, which led me to conclude that the thing is dumb, and will tell a fella to do things that he absolutely should not do - and which can land him in big heap trouble. Conclusion: Jameis should have dissected a penis at some point, and then he would have known not to think with the wrong head.

Advice for college-aged males: Don't drink to excess. Since that advice will be ignored, don't drink with people you don't know. Since that will be ignored, always have a fairly sober friend to watch your back. And finally, if you see a girl that is so drunk that she is out of it, imagine this tattooed on her forehead: "If you have sex with me, I will probably accuse you of rape tomorrow."

In tomorrow's show, I will give my advice to college-aged females - which will also be ignored.
