I was at Jungle Jim's last night and happened to hear some Fairfield parents rave about this kid, his character and humbleness more than his on field exploits.

There had been a recruiting disconnect between Columbus and Cincinnati for too long. It made no sense, because a) as most of you know, high school football is HUGE down here, and b) as some of you may not know, there are Buckeyes EVERYWHERE down here.

Thankfully Urban, a UC grad and former St. X assistant, is reestablishing the connection. This is our state, not Notre Dame's.

Now days, a high school kid from Cincinnati considering Notre Dame just needs to ask some basic questions...

Will be participating in the TTUN satellite camp at Fairfield HS, but, who else will be working it? None other than Coach Stud.

Plans on seeing both Clemson & Georgia this summer when he visits his dad in SC as well as getting back to Columbus at some point.

tOSU still remains out in front with TTUN, Clemson & USC lurking.
