at fucking OSU-Lima. I'm a fucking Eagle, I'm at well above a 3 point, I got a 26 on the ACT (which is in the 85th percentile of OSU students according to their website), I am taking AP classes, I got my application in by the early deadline, my essays were kick-ass, and I still only got into to OSU fucking Lima!!!!!!

GOD DAMN IT!!!!!

It's really not a big deal to start in Lima and then transfer and you may end up a better student for starting at a branch. OSU is much more fun when you have things figured out. I remember all those smart kids that moved home after first quarter because they didn't understand balance.

Besides, if you transfer to OSU main your diploma will say tOSU, not tOSU - Lima and then Main Campus.

Look on the bright side, you can start at Lima, kick ass, and transfer down to C-Bus, and the effort will make the end result even more enjoyable. Of course, I got in during the 1980s by having a pulse, a diploma, and an Ohio address so I do understand your frustration.

Me too. However, in the 1960's I'm not sure that you even needed a pulse.
