Is it too early to start a bracket league?

This is easily the least interesting first day of the tournament I have ever seen. I'm not just talking about upsets... these games have just been boring. What have we had... four teams today that failed to score 15 points in a half? I just watched ten players stand around for the last forty seconds of the WVU-Arizona game. Duke-Belmont was interesting, but not because either team was making shots or anything. It was a close game because the last six minutes or so was a brick-fest that only Larry Hughes could find pleasure in.

It is all about winning or coming in second or third. You do not pick a lot of upsets in the first day if you want to finish in one of those three slots. The Committee knows:crazy: what they are doing when they seed.

I would think only if you have picked all the losers but there are still some games tonight which I forgot about so my bad day might just be beginning and yours might be coming to an end from the sounds of it.:biggrin:

I didn't have too bad of a day today. I had to sweat out that UCLA game - they're my championship pick. I think I only had one new loss today (Wash. St. over ND). Everything else went my way. I was tied for last at the start of the day, and moved up to 19th. My max possible points is up there with most of the people in the top ten, so I'd say I'm in OK shape.

The last two days have been exciting, and made up for the snoozefest that was Day 1.

I hate taking teams that I don't want to win and then I find myself rooting for the other team to beat the team that I picked. I sweated out that UCLA game also because there might national champion pick. I picked against the Big 10 teams and then I found myself rooting for them yesterday. I think my chances are very slim and we all know where slim went.
