1) That penalty is bullshit in general.
2) The kicker's foot came down on the defender's shoulder. How in the fuck is that roughing the kicker?

If Iowa loses this game, I'm looking at the refs. That was the biggest play of the game.

Exactly. That was an academy award performance that shouldn't have been rewarded with 15 yards.

I'm really torn.

On one hand, I hate the fact that State Penn has this orgy of off-field problems and literally gets handed the "get out of jail free" cards by the media. Their fans don't engender a lot of good will.

On the other hand, I think the only way we get into a BCS bowl this year is if State Penn goes to the NC game or at least goes undefeated. And, Iowa's fans don't warm my heart with feelings of Big Ten fellowship either.

PICK!! The extra seconds that PSU got from that bullshit call might actually end up working against them..

Roughing the kicker needs to be called when there is obvious intentional contact. Make it like roughing the passer. No clue why it's the way it is, it's fucking stupid.

I think the Buckeyes can get in even if Penn State is not in the NC Game. MSU can beat these guys.
