Iowa 24, Penn St. 23 (Final)

I believe we'd have the tie breaker so we'd get the bid since we bitch slapped MSU. Plus we'll be top 10 so long as we win out (probably ranked 6-7)

A three way tie would go to MSU. Not sure why but I read it in more than one place this week.

Obviously, as you said, a two way tie goes to H2H.

Tremendous goal line stand by Iowa. 3 shots from the 2, stuffed at the line on 1st, flushed QB on playaction rollout, and blew up RB well behind the line on 3rd.

Tie breaker for a tie is head to head. But if you can't break the tie with head to head...as you couldn't with a three way tie with MSU/PSU/OSU...then you go to number of games played against D1AA schools. Less is better. We played YSU. PSU played Coastal Carolina. MSU didn't play a D1AA. So MSU would go in a three way tie. If it was just between MSU and OSU...OSU would go, cuz we beat them. If it were just between MSU and PSU...the winner of that game would go, which for it to be a tie at the end, would pretty much have to be MSU. If it's between PSU and OSU, then PSU goes.

Terrible clock management by Iowa. Only 4 seconds on the clock, but they still have a time out left.

PSU dominated the half, but it's only 13-7. If this keeps up though it'll be about 34-7 by the end.

Iowa gets the ball first to start the third. They really need to put together a drive, get some points, and give their defense more time to rest. If they go 3 and out, it could be 20-7 in a few minutes and it snowballs from there.

thats where I was getting at... if PSU loses this game (doubtful at this point) even if PSU lost to MSU it'd be a tie between Ohio State vs MSU which would favor us.
If PSU loses vs Iowa & MSU, MSU goes to the rose. First tiebreaker is whether you scheduled FCS pansies.
