Introduce a new fan to Buckeye Football

Hey everybody,

I'm a high school senior from New Jersey and I will be studying at the Fisher School of Business next year! To this point in my life I have been a Notre Dame fan (the other Midwest football school) but with my enrollment being at OSU, my loyalty is going to change. I know next to nothing about the Buckeye program other than Urban Meyer has coached more years there than he's had losses. In college I'm hoping I can get involved in the football/basketball program maybe working with the SID (sports information director). I would appreciate if anyone can share some info on the state of the program (personnel, offensive/defensive schemes, coach/AD relations, recruiting etc...). I'm looking forward to being in the horseshoe next year and cheering on our Buckeyes!

Offensive schemes? I believe coach said 'score and score fast'.

Defensive schemes? I've all but forgotten what that looks like. Good luck.

It's unlike anywhere/anything else. Just show up and experience it. I attended SEC and PAC 12 (then 10) schools as an undergrad before grad school at tOSU and thought I'd seen it all. Turns out I'd seen nothing.
