This place is pretty cool. It's great way to see how fast your connection is. It's just a shame that all the servers out there aren't this fast. Here are my best two.

I'm on a decent sized network, probably 2000-3000 user network. We just got hooked straight into a pure fiber network, and that makes me real happy. You're also a good bit farther away from the servers than I am, so that may skew it a little bit.

Last time I checked, electricity still tavels 186,000 miles per second. :biggrin:

Seriously, I would doubt there are all that many more obstacles between Hawaii and Cali than there were in your checks...2,500 miles of the distance between me and LA is a direct cable with nothing in between. I think it's all the other yayhoos surfing on the network.
