Indians Tidbits (2010 season)

Why do I put myself through this shit ever year? Not just with these hacks, there's the Cavs and Browns too. Fuck me, sports are supposed to be a form of entertainment, not a source of pain/never ending sorrow.

Speaking of organizational depth, Keith Law rates Indians catching prospect Carlos ?Smooth? Santana as the number two prospect in baseball, right behind Nationals pitcher Stephen Strasburg. I?m giddy at the thought of seeing this guy play soon. Please don?t disappoint.

If there is a God, Santana will be the second coming of Johnny Bench. I don't think my sanity can take another "top" prospect flopping. If he does indeed work out, Shapiro can rest on fleecing the Dodgers for this guy, if nothing else, when he gets kicked upstairs.

One more thing. As long as Kerry Wood continues to cash his bloated checks, he should be forced to enter games to the "If You Like Pina Coladas" song.

Well I guess Talbot felt bad for the other pitchers and decided to suck today. Either that, or he was going to blow this game himself before Wood had a chance :slappy:

So much for getting back towards .500...these bums will be lucky to win 60 :shake:

:slappy: lets just continue to trot Raffy Perez out

8.18 ERA and 2.73 WHIP

these bums continue to make mediocre pitchers look good, Luke Hochevar (16-28 5.88 career era) goes complete game giving up just 4 hits

In the past, this team has always managed to turn it on when it doesn't matter anymore, but with such an astounding lack of talent on top of the injuries, I firmly believe these schmucks will challenge the franchise loss record set by the '91 team. They're that fucking bad. 56-106, I'm calling it. How's the draft looking next year?

Five guys in the lineup hitting .215 or lower. :slappy: I'm officially crowning LaPorta "LaBusta". He is NOT a major league caliber hitter. Valbuena is an embarrassment, the "big" offseason acquisition is hitting .197, Raffy Perez must have pictures of Shapiro fellating underage latino busboys or something. That's the ONLY explanation for his continued employment. Only in this organization does fucking up as badly as Shapiro has warrant a goddamn promotion. Fucking hell. I hope the entire Dolan clan catches an embarrassing case of mouth herpes. Dick Jacobs is rolling over in his grave.

In short...fuck this team. *facepalm*
