Well, the relief makes it interesting, but we get a 7-6 win. I know it's early, but I have a bad feeling about the bullpen again this year.

What'ch you talkin' 'bout, Willis?!

I stand corrected! Announcers are estimating 20,000 in attendance.

A solid portion of the people there were Brewers fans, who didn't really care much about the game. Parking and concessions were a cluster-fuck, the definitely didn't have enough people working to support the crowd.

Miller Park is a pretty cool venue, the sausage race was much better than any of the animated race crap most ballparks do. Choriz (sp?) won. Also, the played "Wild Thing" when Borowski came on to close which was both hilarious and cool at the same time. Having Slider and John Adams (the drummer) there were good touches.

Great game, definitely worth the short drive from Chicago. I was about 10 rows up from home plate when Shoppach threw out the guy trying to steal for the final out, what a gun!

Just read that the announced attendance for last nights game in Milwaukee was 19,031. Wow! 19K attendance on 48 hours notice.

People have always said Milwaukee is a baseball town. Imagine what they'd draw if their team were ever any good.

I saw it! That was great. All in all I thought the Milwaukee fans that were there mixed in with the Tribe fans that made the trip were very cool and very supportive. It almost seemed like a home game. I was really surprised by the number of people there. Anyway, glad to see the offense is hasn't missed a beat during the lay-off and that CC looked strong again. A little concerned about the bully. Hernandez is not looking good and Borowski looks to be a little more scary than Wickman was. Shoppach really saved his ass last night. What a beautiful throw that was to cut the runner down, that is definitely a throw that Victor would not have made. Go Tribe!

Which made/makes you more nervous? When Wickman came in for a save when he was here or when Borowski comes in this year? At least with Wicky, he had a track record for us of getting the saves, Borowski doesn't yet IMO. So right now, when he comes out there I'm worried.
