All of these runs up the gut on 4th down is setting up a roll out easy pass to the TE against Michigan. Every team has sold out to stop the run on these plays.

Stand corrected. Was the only time he had a designed run and was a great call as was last thing on Earth expected.

And for that reason, I am ok with sprinkling them in. Will serve to keep defenses honest when we face stiffer competition (not sure that 'stiffer competition' is the right word considering we have our hands full with IU right now)

That is why I am ok with it. Two philosophies. Never run the QB and until you spring it late, a la TCU. Or run QB 3-5 times a game and give Dobbins and Weber one less man to beat on every RB give.
