They’re not going away as far as success goes in my opinion. You have a lot of NIL backing and a hot coach that knows how to be enthusiastic (if not admittedly over the top). They play aggressive and smart. The talent will keep following. At least at a level that should be top 2-4 in the Big Ten.

All that said, Mendoza and their fans are total dweebs at this whole football thing.

I agree. At a minimum they are looking at having to beat Oregon twice in a year to get to the Natty. To win it all, they’d have to beat Oregon twice and us twice in a year.

Possible. Not likely. I don’t expect them to get past Oregon twice. I won’t be fall over shocked if they do win against Oregon, I just don’t expect it.

I do. If Oregon wins their first game, I expect Indiana to beat them, again.
I also expected a 20-point win by the Buckeyes last weekend... so... take that prediction and put it wherever you want.

Do they really have a lot of NIL? I honestly dont know. And depending on transfers as the basis of your recruiting is playing with fire. Its essentially what Coach Prime has been doing at Colorado. Theres only so many JMU transfers he can get.
