Indiana 33, TSUN 36 (final)

Later in the day, broadcasts explained that the replay can't declare co-possession if it wasn't called on the field.

How stupid. Replay can decide a catch, an incomplete, but it can't rule on shared possession unless the refs make that call on the field?

Allow replay to fix whatever is fixable.

Is it bad that I want to shut out Indiana like Toledo and Illinois just to show scum how bad their defense is? scum is in for a hurting when they start playing teams with good defenses.

Defenses aside, I'm impressed with the Tater. He's running and throwing the way I thought TP would. Now, has he faced anyone with a defense as good as USC or OSU? No. But if the Bucks get in a shoot out in Ann Arbor I wouldn't want to see this guy have the ball last.

I sure hope you don't mean you thought TP would be throwing limp wristed picks to avoid sacks :wink2:

I'll reluctantly agree that Tater seems to be a "gamer" though.

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=igsmIi4V0EM"]Turrible call[/ame]

Go to 9:20 (or slightly thereafter). Indiana receiver clearly has possession (or, at worst, co-possession with scUM DB), but has the ball wrestled away on the ground. It's ruled an interception, which is pretty clearly wrong. No guarantee that IU scores without that call, but it's still a gift from the officials.

Anyone want to clarify what the BS call is that everyone is referring too? I didn't watch the game and dont want to go through 21 pages. Thanks!

IU threw an interception on their last possession of the game. Donovan Warren and an Indiana receiver both had the ball as they went to the ground, but Warren wrestled the ball away from him on the ground. Refs said it was an INT but it was bs because anytime both players have the ball it goes to the offense.

The good thing for us is that there aren't many teams that can play defense in the Big Ten. Ohio St, Penn St, and Iowa are about the only ones that can.

It will be interesting to see how he responds to having a bad game or two.
I guess we'll find out next week, because I would definitely call that a bad game, except for the fourth quarter. Bad decisions throughout. He definitely bailed himself out, but he looked like a freshman for 45 minutes there.

Yeah I remember all week when I was calling this a close game everyone was calling bullshit. Michigan doesn't have an easy win left except for Del St. MSU is gonna be fired up because not only is this a rivalry game but its a must win.
