Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult!
To make this clear to everyone when setting up this outing profit was intended to go back to BP. Here's the breakdown.FKAGobucks877 said:I understand that you're probably going to drop at least $40 to play 18, but most courses give discounts if you have a large group come...and the closest to the pin, longest drive, longest putt, etc. is easy to set up. As for food and prizes...who needs them? Or why not just have our own? I'd have an easier time if I knew that some of the $ was going to BP. Count me in, though, if anybody needs a fourth. None of my friends are interested in playing because of the cost. I'm a great scramble golfer, because I always have one really good shot per hole. Of course, I have only one good shot per hole.
Cart green fees and use of indoor banquet hall and Dinner $49.00
Each player receives a free sleeve of BP logo golf balls $5.00
Bringing the total to $54.00 each I added on $6 dollars to make it an even $60.00 and all profit was to go back to BP.
In the beginning we had a estimated 20 people with interest in the outing most of whom were bringing foursomes. So I decided to order 60 sleeves of BP logo golf balls to give to each attending player. These were at a cost of $5.00 a piece. So now with out the attendance of everyone that origionally planned on joining us we are stuck with paying for the extra balls that were ordered.
