CLEVELAND, Ohio - Meet Davon Anderson. He’s one of the fastest high school football players in the country.
If this is the first time you’re hearing the Glenville senior running back’s name, don’t feel bad. Three months ago, his head coach Ted Ginn Sr. had no clue who he was.
In July, Anderson's father Mario, a Cleveland resident, set up a meeting between his son and Ginn Sr. The running back liked what he saw and decided to move from South Carolina for his senior season.
“I didn’t really know anything about him,” Ginn Sr. said. “Once I looked on YouTube, I saw I had a special guy.”

With Chad Mavety headed to FSU and no guarantees of landing another OL, the Buckeyes could offer this Bishop Ready high school OL. Just like Johnny Townsend flipped last year to his home state Florida Gators, Brady could leave Frank Beamer in the dust to stay home and play for Urban Meyer.
