I like to rep wappagoo type individuals, those who you know it's not if but when they are going to get banned. I find that if I give a few reps it makes them feel they have someone who enjoys their antics and encourages them to get banned quicker.

Strange. I have no idea who repped me first, other than Tibor who dinged me the first three or four times. I think I only started to get greenies after I changed my avatar comment to "100% Negative Rep from Tibor" :lol:
