Got another break on the refs not calling the shot-clock violation on the breakaway that ended up being an And-1 for Buford. It looked like it went to 0 just before Craft got possession.

The refs aren't really biased - they're just bad.

Our team has great individual talents, they just need to bring it all together:

Deibs - 3 point shooter

Craft - Best ball instincts and situational awareness

Lighty - Smartest plays, most composure

Buford - Clutch shots when needed. He rises to the occasion to get it done.

Sully - Big body. Great offensive post play.

Two things Sully needs to work on IMO:

- Speed/Transition quickness

- Defense - He's solid at getting the offensive rebounds but lacks in swatting the ball and crashing the glass on D.
