I'd've said, "I would have" but I'm too fucking lazy.

And you need two apostrophes because you're contracting two words following I.

I would have is correct when written.
I would've is informal spoken English and the reason some people think it really means "would of."

Your spell check is noting them in red probably simply because it isn't in its formal dictionary. Just add it and you won't have the issue anymore.

You're just saying "I'd have" quickly, sounding like "I'd've", which is not grammatically correct. Use "I'd have"...

I'd of bet that somebody would of used the word of incorrectly in this thread before this. Perhaps OCBW's mention of 'of' prevented it.
