Funny thing is, during the intro for the 6:00 news they were really hyping up the "Blizzard of '08" I mean, really going on about it... graphics and reports from here and there (naturally the grocery store, but surprisingly not from the salt barn (though we did get a truck update anyway))... anyway... on and on they're going.... and I'm looking outside as they talk about the worst storm in over 10 years.... and it's completely stopped snowing... :lol:

I know it's supposed to start up again tonight around 11:00.... but, it was still funny looking out my window and listening to what they were saying...

I stopped to get a beer and sandwich over at the Galloway, FUCK SNOW!

Oh, and this morning. I left the 4x4 in the driveway and drove the s-10 to work just to temp the fates!

22 degrees with a wind chill of something like 7 (it keeps fluctuating a bit for some weird reason, probably the gusts).

I have something like 6 inches of snow on the deck and a 2 foot drift by the 2nd back door.
