Yesterday morning was the most cliche Ohio weather I've ever seen. Knew it would be chilly 40-50* with some rain and wind, snow possible (yeah, sure Mr Meteorologist :getout: just cover your ass but we all know it won't snow in MAY). Had 2 outdoor soccer games for the oldest at 10:30AM and noon; felt I was dressed appropriately.

Heading up it was just as I'd figured - cloudy, cool, bits of rain, pockets of sun poking through. As soon as we pull into the facility, flakes of snow start showing. 5 minutes later it was turning to hail'ish frozen rain balls that lasted about 30mins (canceling the first game and causing me to sit in the car wasting my morning; YAY!!! :grr:). Rain dies down, wind picks up, and picks up, and picks up till it's fucking howling around the car, then stops pretty suddenly.

Ok that's not bad, right as the second game starts, in fact the sun is peaking out some. Then the sun is out in clear blue skies and I actually start to sweat in my hoodie and coat; hells yes, now we're talking:yay2:!

Shouldn't have taken those layers off though, because, through some mystical karma interaction, the weather knows I've gotten comfortable and decides to revert back to snow/hail/sleet (WTF are those frozen round white snow balls called any fucking way???? It's like dippin dots falling from heaven except terrible and no flavor), high winds, and full dark clouds all at once. That lasted the rest of the time we were there so it was at least consistent.

TL;DR version:
I live in Ohio and there was weather yesterday...

:smash:
