It was 1 degree when I went to work out this morning a bit after 5. Going in was cold, not so much coming out after a good workout. Some water from my bottle spilled onto the passenger seat. When I left for the office an hour later it was easy to remove as it had frozen solid.

This could be just the first of several (like 5) storms that will do something similar up the east coast.

The storm we'll get in Ohio tomorrow will be mostly rain, but after a front passes late next week, it's going to be cold enough for a potentially significant snow storm in central Ohio.

How'd you come out, Sushi? Just over 34 inches here in New Haven. Even main streets like Prospect, which runs through the heart of Yale, are not plowed yet, so I'm not expecting my little side street to be plowed for another day or two. A few picks taken from around town, with the last two taken at midnight, before another 8 hours of snow fell:
