thermometer on my front porch about 3pm yesterday.
goes along nicely with 90% humidity

at 9:30 this morning, it was marking right at 100

currently getting drilled by a thunderstorm that formed too close to land to develop into a tropical storm.

we get these coming off the gulf pretty regular this time of year.
winds gusting pretty good and a shit load of rain.

yep.

looking at the radar, looks like i'm taking a direct hit from this thing.
worst of it should hit within the next hour or so (center of it appears to be in lake barre right now).


according to the buoy in terrebonne bay:
wind speed: 25.5 mph
water height: 3.8ft above normal
rainfal: 1.4"
