I am in Dutch Harbor (Unalaska), AK an island in the Aluetians. Yesterday in the morning it snowed about 10-12 inches then it started raining in the afternoon and hasn't stopped since. It is blowing at about 80 MPH right now with gusts over 100 MPH. There is water over ice on most parking lots and roads and the Hotel I am in is shaking like we are having an earthquake....maybe we are...that has happened one other time I was here.....
