Did some iinterval training this morning. It was in the 70s but 50% humidity and cool. The rattlesnakes were in hiding still.
Wifey got a new Bell Volt helmet just like the Tour guys. She's happy! :biggrin:
I ride an old Paramount (steel)frame with updated aero wheels.
