I lettered once. As an Equipment Manager. Long Story. I played football from 4th grade to 10th grade. I was unable to pass a physical (really long story) going into my junior season. I should've been allowed to wear my jersey, but....so, yeah, I lettered. :(

I couldn't afford to pay the coaches.

Dude it fucking sucks ass. I got to letter my Senior year in h.s.. All of my friends getting lettered this year or getting a bag because they are a second year letterman. I hope i have a break out senior year :( :osu:

*Even though these weren't even sports at my school, I still earned all-state and all-city honors, and I lettered in them all. I was that GOOD.
