guess what....No Appointments...surprise surprise surprise....would have still had to fly out tomorrow, but could have done an all inclusive one dayer....

First day of school-my class sizes average 26 (six classes from 8th grade through seniors), I have a new teacher to mentor, and I'm going to do the 6:30-4:00 schedule until at least Thanksgiving. Oh yeah, my ex wife works with me. I also have a stalker-unhappily married girl who drops by for no reason whatsoever.

Wine thread, here I come.

Approaching peak season at work. Looking at 14-16 hr days for three to four months straight, hopefully only six days a week.

I knew this going in...not really a problem until they try to make me work football saturdays.

The issue is, my new boss wants to cut labor in my dept until peak goes full swing. That would be fine except my dept increases from seven to twenty five fucking people from two weeks ago til mid sept. So now I have twenty fucking temps to train, but no time to train them. Add to that the few non-moronic people I do get want to find other employment because they're only getting twenty damn hrs a week.

I am probably going to be pretty unproductive today in the office since I have already put in about 60 hours this week. The fact that kickoff is about 24 hours away isn't helping the situation any, either.

unfortunately only 70 (insurance says we can only go the speed limit on highways)

and since it was just a test run it was a toyota camery

hopefully one of these days I will get to drive one of the mustangs they have
