How does work make you feel today?

I'd go to a cats only clinic. The rest could have bears on retainer for people like you, which we all should.

Great call! In fact, there's one right across the street from the office. I can probably even hold my own against her. :box:

Anyone else a remote employee? I am finding it on interesting scenario. Lot's of freedom on one hand, minimal office politics, and casual to say the least. On the other hand it is frustrating due to lack of communication and lack of being in an office. I always feel like the outsider on things and left out of any decision making. You just seem to find things out down the road....

...like it's going to be a loooong week. First full week after vacation last week and long Memorial weekend before that, plus it's the first official week of OSU Summer, which makes it even slower around here. At least parking on campus is better, though!

This is one of those weeks where I wish I could do most of my job sitting on my couch instead of in my cube (well, I can do that, I'm just not allowed to, yet). But even when I'm in the office, since I'm pretty quiet to begin with and there is very little traffic on my side, I feel like the only person there half the time anyway.

I am reading this as I sit here in my t-shirt and shorts working from my home. :p

I don't want to be here.

Last week I took three days vacation for a planned trip with some buddies that wound up getting cancelled, so I used my off days to build a 580 sq ft patio behind my house. I've been working on this mofo for ten days straight.

I finally finished the brickwork yesterday and am now onto the landscaping and electric. Really, all I want to do today is sit down on my new patio and enjoy it.

Or rob a bank, since I don't have any fingerprints right now.

I totally suck with laying out a web page from scratch and trying to get things lined up right. Frustrating as hell, mostly because I know very little HTML and CSS. I can add and edit content to my hearts content on an existing layout, but making the initial layout myself... :pissed:

Off to W3Schools.com I go to try and fix my issue!

EDIT: I think I found my fix! And of course it was a method I had told myself I would do last week and didn't write it down so I forgot.
