Sounds like we need a new Saw thread.

That was a very long time ago. My high school job. It was a video store and I had to lay on my back to do the bottom of all these shelves in this big closet. Didn't even realize how fucked I was until I tried to stand up. My boss got me a designated driver to get home. lol. As awesome as that buzz was, it certainly killed a lot of gray matter. And you taste it for days. Won't be doing that again...

Other option is just rip it off and put up new trim. Cheap, and wouldn't have to worry about old wood and stains down the road showing up

Sure. Just depends on your price point and degree of labor.

When I think of you...
in a closet...
at a video store...

I find it hard to believe that the paint was the only thing you were "ingesting" to get some sort of "buzz". :slappy:

Well it certainly gave me an inside perspective when you see these huffers on shows like Intervention. I know the buzz they're chasing and why they can't even talk to people around them. Goddamn that shit will fuck you up. Primers your brain.

This isn't a home repair question but rather a dorm room addition question. First off, I live in a studio style dorm with 2 roommates, meaning we're all in the same room at one time. My question is has anyone ever tried using a "bed tent" in this type of situation?
Thanks for any advice!

A few quick things....

How do I replace these old 80's looking window sills? Do I just rip it off and replace with a wood one? (note: no there is no water damage, it's been checked) and yes I know the window needs cleaned. Get off my back I was only able to do so much before the winter!

This is where the ceiling and wall meet in the upstairs bathroom. I think it's just the tape popping since it's pretty much a straight line where the tape would end. Again no water damage, I checked in the attic. My guess is settling of the house during the cold months? How would I go about fixing this so I can paint the ceiling?
