Holy sh*t, it's hot outside!

It is 915 and the temp is still 89 with a heat index of 101. I live right next to Lake Michigan, maybe 500 feet from belmont harbor. It has to be 10 times worse further inland.
I used to live near Chicago man, granted it was almost 10 years ago, I still remember the heat.

I remember when I was in Montana about a week and half ago. It was 90-95 degrees probably the whole time I was there. All my realitives were complaining about the heat. The problem is, the humidity was only 25-30% max. I was like, come to Columbus sometime, that is heat.

I've spent a lot of summers in Chicago. It's not as bad as being in St. Louis or Columbia, S.C. in July. Those places are hotter and more humid.

I am right inside the loop here in Chicago and wow it is freaking hot. After working in Scottsdale for a year though I will never complain about being hot. The summers out there were crazy hot... I agree with NewYorkBuck... Ridding the EL in a suit and tie in this heat was not fun at all.

I think its just that those numbers are usually worn by QBs. I didn't think it would've been a problem, seeing how Julian Miller(OSU Recruit) wears 17. But I guess not. Coach also doesn't coach with the lineman. He's been coaching the skill players.

well remember tom hoying was # 10 when he was switched from QB to TE. Plus Rose is 9 this year. tell him that maybe you can get lucky!

Lets just say I'm not one of the better players. I didn't play at all last year.

#10 and #7 are both out, two sophomore QB's grabbed them when they got to choose. I think that was another reason, he needed numbers for QBs.

Seniors that played last year got to choose first. Then seniors that hadn't played. Next Juniors that played the year before, then juniors that hadn't played. Then sophomores that had played the year before, then sophomores that were new this year. They don't give freshman numbers unless they make the varsity during two-a-days.

One senior wanted to wear #2, but coach wouldn't let him, I guess because the college scouts already know him as his number from last year.

I think the lowest number still available is 20. If no one takes that, he says I can have it.

The weather out there today is hot and shitty with continued hot and shitty in the afternoon. Tomorrow a chance of continued crappy with a pissy weather front coming down from the north. Basically, it's hotter than a snake's ass in a wagon rut.
