Like our game with Florida, there's a lot of recent bad blood (Mack lobbying for the Rose Bowl in '04 over Cal) between the two programs which should make for an interesting back story.

Florida had a 6-6 season in '86, which is why you accurately said no 'non-losing' seasons since '79.
BTW, tOSU has the longest streak of years without consecutive losing seasons, the last pair occurring in '23-'24.

Back to the game that's noted in the thread...
Texas has been god awful against some good teams this year, and Cal I think is another one of those. They do keep you off balance as someone else mentioned. Somehow I think that the younger McCoy finds a way to get it done

I can understand having some QB prospects bust. But you'd think with the annual haul of 5* OL and RB's they'd be able to compensate with smashmouth football.
