I think it is in Dutch, which is one of the languages from which Afrikaans derives, but the sound quality is hard for me to hear well enough and the languages are not strictly equivalent. I can't understand the man with the high pitched voice at all.
The woman has suffered an accident. The interviewer opens by setting the context (a normal life before the accident) and then saying something about medicines in America but I can't make it out. As you would guess, the interviewer is repeatedly apologizing (I am sorry ladies and gentlemen," jammer dames en here") and the man seems to say that there's not much point of going on with an interview if this is so funny. The interviewer is asking what it means for the future ("beteken vir die toekoms") when he does not complete the sentence and loses it.
What I like best is the ability of the audience to control their behavior. Notice that the woman is crying as her tale is told and this moronic announcer is laughing hysterically.
I must admit, so was I.
