Wishful thinking: Winning playing time based on merit is one thing, but even the message boards know that nepotism makes the world go round: "I read if you're related to somebody who has played at Ohio State, they will put you on their practice squad. ?When I go to Ohio State to major in Sports Journalism, this is what I am going to do. This is a very funny and entertaining thread. Tried to read all of them but fell asleep with a drink on my desk and head down. Oh well - but anyway many years ago at a bar in Y-town, a fella from California asked my what the buckeyes had "green marijuana leaves on thier helmuts and he thought that was pretty cool. Of course this was way back in the 70's when "Pot" was pretty hot item in Sunny California, so I guess he could relate to those leaves huh? I then told him the real story behind those leaves and that kind of rained on his parade after that. But back then I did know that they were "Green". I have no Idea about what color they are now. I have seen many helmuts here in Florida, they were black though.
