I'm guessing they'll take 4 guys to NYC, and they all can make a case for winning it:
Robet Griffin III - 45 total TDs and 6 interceptions, with the signature 'Heisman Moment' with his game-winning pass against Oklahoma. Threw for 3,998 and ran for 644 yards. Currently holding the single-season passing efficiency record, and is second in the nation in total offense, only behind Keenum. RG3 also leads the nation in 'Points responsible for' per game (22.67). His 36 TD passes averaged 36.6 yards.
Montee Ball - 38 TDs, which is 6 more than the previous second-best season total for the FBS. Barry Sanders had 39 (and 5 in the bowl game that the NCAA doesn't count). Ball also had the most rushing yards (1759) and a fine 6.4 ypc that's better than Richardson's.
Trent Richardson - Had solid stats playing for a team in the BCS Title game, with a couple of impressive long runs (vs. Ole Miss & Ark). He's gotten a ton of love from CBS and ESPN as the SEC's most likely candidate for most of the year. 23 TDs is a solid number, but that's 15 behind Ball. And averages of 132 ypg and 6.0 ypc aren't really solid numbers for a Heisman winner.
Andrew Luck - 37 total TDs and 9 interceptions for the #4 team. He was the favorite, and will go to NYC, but he probably didn't do enough to win it.
Other guys that had a shot, but probably won't get invited to NYC:
Case Keenum's chances ended with the loss to S. Miss, but his career records could still get him some votes.
Tyrann Mathieu (the honey badger) missed a game due to a failed drug test, so I don't think he'll make the cut; but his momentum-changing plays in the last two games for the unanimous #1 team will gain him some votes.
Besides those 6 guys, anybody else should show up on very few ballots.
Russell Wilson was edged out of the top spot in passing efficiency by RG3 this week, and Montee Ball is now the better candidate from Wisconsin, so he doesn't make the cut.
Kellen Moore's chances died with the missed FG against TCU.
They were pumping Matt Barkley last week, but he's 8th in passing efficiency, behind Griffin, Wilson, Moore, Keenum, and Luck.
Brandon Weeden threw too many picks, and ended up 11th in passing efficiency.
Tajh Boyd and Landry Jones, onetime candidates, faded badly in November.
LaMichael James has 7.41 ypc and a leading 149.6 ypg, but he missed 2 games, and has 19 TDs compared to Ball's 38.
David Wilson only ended up with 125 ypg and 10 TDs.
I don't think anybody else was a serious candidate once November rolled around.
If I had a vote it would be : 1) Griffin, 2) Ball, 3) Luck
