I mean, hell, I got my butt pinched one night while I was taking pictures in the Magic Kingdom like last year, turned around and see two girls giggling as they half jogged away. I laughed and kept taking pictures (jokes on them, I look like I'm still a HS senior, evidently). I can't imagine the thought of pressing charges over something like this. It is beyond stupid. Of course, I'm sure if it was the boy who had pinched the girl's butt he'd be at risk of being labelled a sex offender for life, which is mind-blowing. Pretty sure I pinched a girls' butt or two, and I graduated HS in '07, so not like its been a long time since then, either!

Common sense is dead, both privately and in public law.

Ms. Olson's problem summarized in a nutshell, isn't it? She did blow everything, firm or otherwise.

The curator of "Real Women, Real Stories," Matan Uziel, told CNN he launched the series to empower women by highlighting their struggles, challenging stereotypes and raising money for causes that support girls' and women's education.
"Today, unfortunately women are seriously under-represented across nearly all sectors of society around the globe. I believe that with that proper exposure, we can minimize the destruction and even reverse some negative trends against women," he told CNN in an email.

Doesn't really seem like a lack of "exposure" was an issue for her. If this guy thinks women are under-represented in the porn industry, he must be buying the wrong kind of porn. As to stereotyping females in that line of work, yeah, it's a damn shame that when people hear the term "porn star" they don't immediately picture Mother Teresa.

"These are things that teenage girls don't think (about)," she said. "There's nothing wrong with porn, but how people treat you for the rest of your life, it's not worth it."

Yep. Being involved in porn isn't the problem. Just people's attitude about it. Can't imagine why she's being shunned. That's definitely the message I want conveyed to this generation's daughters.

Note to Mr. Matan Uziel: Next time you feel inspired to help out the cause of women...just don't. 'Kay?
