Man gets DUI after crashing his horse-drawn buggy into car
SMITHS GROVE, Ky. (WTHR / WNKY) — Police in Kentucky arrested a man accused of driving his horse-drawn buggy while under the influence.

They pulled him over after he sideswiped a car with the buggy.

Rueben Andy Yoder, 34, was in the buggy with his wife and seven children.

WNKY reports that Yoder at first claimed one of his children was driving, but they said he was the driver.

The children ranged in age from 9 months old to 12 years old.

Yoder failed a field sobriety test and then refused a blood test at the hospital.

Police then took him to jail.
