Small unit cohesion my brother. Cuss and punch and piss on the guy next to you in training, but bleed next to them and take the bullets in battle. I fucking love the fact that those guys were that real with each other.

Yup, Saban and Belichek used disrespect as a motivator for uses, and they were favored yearly to win it all. MJ and Shaq made up rivalries just to keep their edge. Day is certainly using similar motivation for this team and it shows.
