Choose positivity.Asking people to apologize for being upset that Ohio State lost in The Game for the fourth year in a row is fucking stupid.
You're not a hater, and you aren't professing to know more than players, staff, and recruits, if your gripe was with how he game planned for what was the most important game of the season at the time. SOME people need to apologize. But not the people who just wanted to see the Tenn/Oregon/Texas/ND version of Ohio State against Michigan. He failed that day. People are allowed to call him on it.Choose positivity.
You know more than all the players, staff, and recruits who vouch for Day.
I used to be a hater, and then I Chose Positivity and we haven't lost since.
You're welcome.
Timeline healed.
And that's an aspect where he's infinitely better than one Mr. Urban Meyer.Day said in his presser that the culture wasn't right in those years they kept coming up short. Too soft etc.
He said it.
That aside, I keep thinking/wondering how much of this was a really senior laden core and how much did brining in MoC have to do with it? We'll never know but the guy obviously has an ability to impact teams.
One more thing I didn't think Day could see but he finally did. Made some moves to fix the real issues.
I hope this is the case. Maybe it took all the pain of those tCun losses to unlock the "real" Ryan Day. If the Ryan Day of the last six weeks is what we get going forward, those losses, while regrettable, will be worth it. He has done everything right since that last brutal loss. He deserves every morsel of praise and adoration he is getting right now. We'll see in about 11 months if it's totally fixed.Day said in his presser that the culture wasn't right in those years they kept coming up short. Too soft etc.

For sure. You are never as good as you look at your peak or as bad as you look at your low. There is going to be some regression next year almost certainly.
Now he gets the trust that I, for one, could never give him before.
Leader of men. He gets it. When they succeed, it’s all about the players. When they don’t it’s all about the leaders. He refused to talk about himself basically all post game. I think he just wants all the attention on the kids
