Yeah, we knew this day would come (pun fully intended), so we just have to hope that he doesn't have the NFL bug. It usually doesn't work out that well from Holtz to Saban, so let's also hope he knows that history. One good sign is that his coaching history is really rooted in college with only a two year stint in the NFL as a QB coach, so that's not where his DNA really lies.

He's a New England guy (which makes Harbaugh's dominance of the NE prep school pipelines puzzling, but I digress), so the job that will really make me shit my pants is when Belichick retires.
