Didn't know where else to put this but was just flipping thru channels and saw Lt. Dick Winters on TV and he's British and idk what to feel. I think I'm angry.

Outside of some of the leads most of the cast were English (always wondered how long they had to rehearse the baseball scene in the last episode).

I own the series on DVD and have watched it at least 4 times a year since it came out. I believe it is the finest thing ever shown on television. I know there were non Americans on the show. Hell, Tom Hardy, Simon Pegg, and Michael Fassbender are all in it.

I just wasn't expecting that accent. Sounded like a raspy chimney sweep.
