My neighbor and i are getting ready to "Deep Fry" 10 turkeys. It's been going on 8 years now and its sort of like a tailgate asmostphere with the Packers and the Lions game in background on TV. Warm sunshine, the beer is cold,
temp will be about 73 at noon here in J-ville. Have a great Thanksgiving to all.

Yeah - I'll admit that we wnt thru this in our 1st year and damn near burnt down the side of the house and garage. It's not funny but we have learned
to drain out all of the water from the turkeys and to pat dry then down real good. It was scary to see those oils flame up and they can catch on fast and before you know it - its out of control. And the fire department is not happy
to come to your house in a situation like this. We learned the hardway and now we are safety wise.
