1. People who don't know the correct way to perform the workout. They'll end up hurting themselves or someone else.

2. (it's been mentioned), when I go for a certain dumbell weight, I expect it to be where it's supposed to be.

3. People who immediately try to talk to anyone in the gym if they are wearing a certain sports team shirt or logo, especially in the middle of a lift or a session.

Do you realize it's a pet peeve for many others even when what is 'revealed' is trim? Especially since many do it to show off?

Never question the power of the PCP... if they had any influence on this thread... which they of course, didn't, since they're not really real. But, if they were, and again, they're not, you might expect this sort of thing. Just conjecture of course....

well as was previously mentioned by other people, when people come to work out and talk 90% of the time and i see them once a week and they do the same thing every time by talking, then i can somewhat question their devotion.
