He lost his starting job at Duke within 3 years and didn't wow anyone with his QB talent.

Former CBA, Duke, and SU football star Greg Paulus is a finalist for a position with the Ohio State Buckeye basketball program, according to the Columbus Dispatch.
According to the Ohio newspaper, Paulus is the frontrunner for the head video coordinator position with Ohio State, which is seen as a stepping stone to his landing a spot on the Buckeyes' bench as an assistant someday.
Paulus joined the coaching ranks as an assistant at Navy last season but lost his job when head coach Billy Lange left for Villanova.

That's from 4 days ago, so it seems pretty likely. Does this mean no more "Paulus'd jokes"? :(
Paulus hiring all but announced
Ohio State assistant Jeff Boals tweeted tonight to "welcome Greg Paulus to BuckeyeNation - newest addition to our basketball family."
It confirmed what The Dispatch reported last week, that Paulus, the former Duke guard, was the likely successor to Kevin Kuwik as the Buckeyes' video coordinator.
Boals later deleted his tweet, but that's only because he jumped the gun. Paulus' hiring won't be official until Ohio State completes its background check on him. That's a mere formality -- unless, of course, the check is run through North Carolina.
Paulus, 24, played four seasons at Duke before graduating in 2009 and enrolling at Syracuse, where he played a fifth season, as the Orange's starting quarterback. Paulus had major-college offers in football and basketball when he was in high school in Syracuse, N.Y.
